Excellent experience with Portes Citadelle. The repair (even though it was done in two stages due to winter weather) was completed quickly and efficiently. Customer service was very communicative, and the technician (Daniel) was knowledgeable and friendly. Billing and payment were also clear and hassle-free. In short, a very positive experience with Portes Citadelle; I will definitely use them again in the future!

Door is good, service was professional. When we asked for a second garage door opener , the person who installed the garage door didn't let us know that a second one is not necessary since we can now open and close using cell phones. so we paid for a second one not knowing this. Would have been nice if it was explained so we didn't buy it. Besides that, all was good.
